Does this system include the mixing valve and diverter?

The two-handle valve trim is included. Switching flow between the overhead shower and tub filler is typically handled by a diverter within the valve assembly, we recommend confirming the exact diverter setup with us before installation, and pairing it with a rough-in valve suitable for your local plumbing codes.

How does the unlacquered brass finish age?

Since the brass is raw and sealed only with a light wax, it interacts with oxygen and water to develop a “living finish.” Over time, it will naturally darken and acquire a unique, mottled patina. This is a desired aesthetic feature of artisan brass. If you prefer a shiny look, you can polish it regularly with Brasso or a similar brass cleaner.

Can I customize the shower arm length?

Yes. The standard shower arm length is 19.6 inches (50cm), and we offer customization upon request to fit your ceiling height. Please contact us with your specifications.
