Easy transaction Arrived on time Looks great

Well made

Big showerhead for a perfect rain effect. It works even with low pressure, because it's meant to create a rain effect, not a pressured water shower. Good-looking, good quality, everything good!

Very easy, quick responses to any questions. Would absolutely recommend.

We ordered this for a client and we love it so much!

Quick email responses, quality materials, personal communication, effective client service. The entire process has been very satisfying.

Top quality material. It's unlacquered, raw copper, the real thing. Totally satisfied.

Return date policy isn’t great

Didnt fit the 30 day return policy is very unfortunate should be 90 like most companies

Shipping to the US and has been in FEDEX customs for five weeks. Insideast customer service has been responsive with responding to emails but there is nothing they can do. I have ordered from them before and it took several weeks but not this long. We have not been able to install the other faucet we ordered but it’s heavy and looks nice.

Good quality, hand-made showerhead. Expectations exceeded! 🙂

Good, hand-made quality showerhead. Expectations exceeded.

Everything wonderful!

Beautiful piece, thank you!

Beautiful, arrived just as pictured. Very very happy!!!

The shopping experience was 10/10

We had an amazing experience with Inside East, the product is gorgeous and the customer service is beyond what I expected. All communication was fast and friendly, we will definitely be ordering again.

Nothing to add

The brass is great, rich looking and it functions well!

Questions were answered via email quickly and thoroughly.

We absolutely love our new unlacquered brass faucet set. It arrived to the states sooner than we anticipated and was just as described. We can't wait to get it installed!

This item is beautiful and well made. It is hard to find true unlaquered brass. I have bought other "unlaquered brass" items from other vendors that are not truly unlaquered, this one is. The only improvement I can suggest is for the pump to have more throw so it dispenses more soap. It requires two pumps to dispense a reasonable amount of soap.

Very bad, never buying from this company ever again

Please refund the full $100 you owe me. You shipping across the US and I had to pay to get it corrected and you won’t refund your mistake

Beautiful and fantastic service!

Best brass sinks & drains in the world! We bought 4 custom brass sinks & drains for our newly renovated main floor and they look spectacular! Excellent fast customer service.

Hard to get a hold of and no resolution to my problem.

Lovely, good customer service and fast shipping.

Absolutely beautiful and well made. Omar made sure everything was perfect. Thank you!

Very responsive

Beautiful lights, well worth the wait for delivery!

La experiencia fue fluida y profesional.

All items came just as expected, and follow up has been above and beyond!

Looks great and works well.

I absolutely love how this 1800's oak dresser, a beautiful hand crafted brass sink & matching faucet created my one-of-a-kind bathroom vanity. Thank-you for offering these hand crafted brass pieces of art. Great communication & shipping. Highly recommended!

Very pretty!

Pleasant responses but no help received, ever.

I had to hammer the drain hole straight so the drain would seal and the overflow drain hole was not drilled into it.. but it's brass and reasonably priced so I can't complain too much…

Very delayed shipping and missing pieces in order. Still waiting for pieces to get faucet installed.

Gorgeous faucet! Craftsmanship is obviously high. However, delivery times were much longer than anticipated (over a month) and when it finally arrived it was missing the legs for the faucet bridge which has lead to additional delays for install ultimately.

Items are as pictured, seller is great.

Beautiful, well made towel bar. Great price for solid brass and fast shipping!

Improving your communication during order processing would be a great comfort to clients.

Great product. The communication between order, despatch and receipt could have been greatly improved. I had to chase up to find out what was happening and I wasn’t sure that we would ever receive the products until they eventually arrived.

Not installed yet but absolutely stunning quality, very happy!

Item was as described and shipped quickly!

Great and fast correspondence

Great quality

It was a pleasant experience. Thanks!

A quality piece and it was shipped out quickly as well. Thank you!

The best

High quality copper shower heads with that unmistakable old world craftsmanship and attention to detail as well. Thank you!

Awesome!!

Lovely taps and very well made… I would definitely order again from them and highly recommend them. Thanks!

I LIKE

Beautiful craftsmanship! Trustworthy service. Appreciate this!

I like the product design

Pairs well with our unlacquered brass fixture.

Delivery was late, and they didn't respond to emails for many business days then blamed it on a single holiday. ALL of the connector parts for actually hooking up the faucet to plumbing are cheaply and poorly made. The amazing plumber who did perfect work in our home couldn't make them stop leaking, even following their provided instructions. We have to pay to have him come back, with all new parts, to try and figure out how to make it work. Only giving three stars because the faucet itself is g…

Excellent communication throughout the shipping thank you Oumaima Excellent product love the look of these pendant However one light socket was black the other is white They both should have been the same color

Fit and finish are very nice. Still finishing install. This is on an old bathroom sink.

Loved it. Loved the service. Loved the quality. Loved the time it took to come in. Would order again.

LOVE this shower head. Just installed it in our outdoor shower… like a warm rain downpour…. Wonderful!!

Simply beautiful!

Look no further for a beautiful deck mounted unlacquered brass faucet. (Whew…that was a mouthful.) You have found it in this gorgeous piece. I love the curve of the faucet and the unique handles…..so feminine. The sink faucet is better than described. After emailing back and forth with the company (they were very patient) I ordered the faucet and all of a sudden it was delivered!!! Fast service!! I wish I had more faucets to purchase. Think no more….you can purchase knowing the faucet will…

Beautiful piece! I Purchased the hardware for all three of my bathrooms from InsidEast, and couldn't be more pleased. Also, they have the best customer service I have ever encountered…anywhere. They customized things for me, remade things when I gave the wrong measurements, and were always responsive and respectful. I'm so grateful to have found this gem of a company. You really can't go wrong here. Thank you so much to the InsidEast team!

Absolutely beautiful. It looks just like the Rohl faucet for half the price . Amazing quality, fast delivery and A+ + customer service. I had several questions and seller responded immediately.

Beyond expectations, the quality and weight of this faucet is impressive. I haven’t stopped talking about the knobs and how they feel so luxury for the last 2 days and we don’t even have it installed yet.

Beautiful craftsmanship. Very attractive piece. Really makes our new kitchen stand out. Great communication from the seller.

Received this today and am very pleased at this point in time. Construction looks stronger than a previous shower head from a different supplier so very hopeful this lasts. shower flow pattern is perfect.

Absolutely in love with my faucet! He’s a real artist and it shows in his work. Also, shipping was super quick. My faucet arrived in about a week (Morocco to Chicago). You will not be disappointed 🙂

Every time I purchase from InsidEast, I know I’m getting great customer service, beautiful and quality products. We use their product in all of our home renovations because what’s in the photo somehow arrives more beautiful in person. Five stars, ten times over!

I haven’t installed the faucet yet but if I can I will leave an updated review soon. It’s just as beautiful and quality material as I expected it to be, it’s going to be beautiful in our new kitchen. There was a little of a lag in shipping but it wasn’t the seller’s fault and they kept me updated and informed the entire time until I received my purchase. Great customer service and great product.

Received my copper shower rose today. Wow it's beautiful, the workmanship is excellent. It's solid not flimsy. It matched the description perfectly. Very happy customer.

Nice outdoor shower head. I'm hoping it will turn green with tarnish, if not it still has a nice shape. Best if it's shipped with more bubble wrap. They were nice to replace one that had a big dent on the rim. I suggested they wrap the package better. The second was wrapped the same and had a very small dent, I can live with it.

Wonderful copper shower head at a fair price.

There was some back and forth regarding delays and getting the right item but in the end they made it right. The faucets are high quality and beautiful.

Beautiful item with quick shipping and excellent customer service for the small issue I had! Abel is very responsive and kind and willing to serve his customers well. Thank you for a great product, our bathroom looks amazing!

Very quick delivery and will be a beautiful feature for outdoor shower

My third order of these fantastic handmade hooks. Great seller; great service. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I bought this for my husband for our outdoor shower, it is a beautiful piece. He loves it!

Gorgeous sink! I’m thrilled. Purchased bathroom faucet, Kitchen faucet and a sprayer hose, all were exceptional quality and so beautiful. Thank you so much!

We are blown away!! Our faucet exceeded expectations!! Everything was included and packed beautifully, each piece was crafted with thought and skill. This is a faucet so well made I expect it to last 200 years! Fast delivery and easy ordering, can't thank you enough!

I am beyond ecstatic with these shower heads! I have never bought anything from the other side of the planet and was anxious about purchasing so many of these heads at once without having prior experience with this seller. I can honestly say the quality of these heads is extraordinary! Shipping was faster than promised as well. I will 100% be purchasing these heads again from this seller. Highly highly recommended!

This faucet is beautiful, arrived in a timely fashion, and the vendor was willing to customize the handles. The experience surpassed my expectations in every way. It has not yet been installed but I am confident that it will work well.

This is my second purchase after the first was not able to be installed due to my countertops being too thick. So I requested a custom order to be able to be installed correctly and not only where they able to fabricate what I requested but it came in a timely manner and exactly as requested. It was installed last week and my kitchen could not look more beautiful. So happy

This item is of great quality and is aesthetically beautiful. The delivery was quick and easy to track and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!!

Exactly as pictured on the site. Cannot wait to get these hung!

The showpiece of our new kitchen, better than anything you’d ever get from a big box store! Packed to arrive safely anywhere in the world, fast shipping, high quality, great communication! 110% Would purchase again!

Absolutely beautiful faucet! The quality is excellent, it matched the description perfectly and exceeded my expectations. I was a bit nervous about the install due to the custom nature of the item, but my husband had no problems. It’s already starting to patina and I just love it. I purchased the faucet, sprayer, garbage disposal flange and regular sink drain, which I didn’t end up needing, but all were packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. Finally, the shipping was extremely fast. I r…

Outstanding quality and craftsmanship. This is the third faucet I've bought from Insideast, and I love their work.

The faucet is beautifully made, it definitely exceeded my expectations. Delivery was as promised by the seller who sent me frequent updates and everything arrived well wrapped and protected. I can’t wait to install it. I highly recommend Insideast.

These copper light fixtures are a perfect addition to my kitchen! Love them!!

Beautifully made. Real copper. Adds warmth and texture hanging over our kitchen island.

The copper shower head is so beautiful, I look forward to installing it! I received it in the mail faster than expected. Super happy with the purchase!

I'm just in love with your product. Had questions he got back to me immediately and straighten everything out that I needed to know. I would highly recommend his services. Thank you for helping me.

I highly recommend this shower head!! It's beautiful and the way it shoots out the water makes for a wonderful shower experience

It’s Beautiful! I am just as described and came quickly even all the way to Hawaii. Aloha & thank you so much

It has been a very long time since I have experienced customer service of this caliber. From beginning to end my customer service representative, Asmae, was amazing, professional and knowledgeable . My order was delivered in a timely manor and my product was perfect. Thank you for restoring my faith in online shopping!

The copper pendant light is well made, and for that, I credit the company Insideast from Morocco. I was surprised that the cost increased by over 20% due to the additional duties charged before entering Canada. Being used to Amazon's free shipping through Prime, it is hard to go back to these kinds of expensive surprises, in addition to a rather convoluted shipping process that required me to keep glued to my phone for updates. I would recommend that this company attempt to distribute their prod…

Love it but one thing could have been improved on. The ceiling canopy is shiny copper and the dome is aged with some black and more vintage looking. Canopy would have been nicer if it matched but pleased with it. And would buy again.

This is high quality and stunning! Great that it’s height adjustable and imperfect in appearance, which is exactly what I was looking for. One thing I would say is that it does read more rose gold to me than copper in person, but all in all this is minor. Seller was super responsive and shipping was extremely fast and seamless.

Excellent service, beautiful tap, didn't fit in my kitchen and no bother to return it. Would absolutely recommend this shop and their products

We have bought 2 of these shower heads, for indoors and outdoors. They use a lot of water compared to the ones we usually use in the United States, but we've come to the conclusion that we use cooler water comparatively, and spend less time overall dwelling in the shower. My husband believes it cuts down on overspray ("making a mess"). Thus it is a more efficient shower. Plus, it's beautiful and very well made.

This brass shower system is absolutely stunning! It was very easy to install, we had our plumber install the initial 2 pipes from the wall & we were able to do the rest. The natural patina that is already appearing is beautiful too. We had some issues with spacing since our plumber installed the pipes a bit too far out of the wall. InsideEast was a blessing to work with and rushed custom pieces to us since we were without a shower until they arrived. I have purchased every bathroom fixture and k…

I am a repeat customer! The customer service is excellent and the brass hooks are beautiful. I also ordered a lovely brass drain. My items seemed to almost get here overnight. Thank you again.

Arrived faster from the Maghreb to my remote mid-pacific location than most of my Amazon orders. Quality is amazing, and it just looks so cool.

Purchased from Australia on Friday and received item on Tuesday lunch time.. couldn’t be happier with the service by the supplier and the communication. Excellent product highly recommend. This is the second item I’ve purchased from seller.

The lamp is stellar. Beautiful craftsmanship that looks even better in person. Only minor complaint is that styrofoam packing material broke down into tiny pieces that made for a tedious cleanup job. Shipping was fast, though, and item arrived safe and sound.

I’m really happy with this shower head, great quality and beautiful finish. Thank you

I cannot recommend InsidEast enough!! Our package was lost in the mail and they worked tirelessly to make sure we received a replacement. Their communication was excellent (frequently providing updates) and when the product arrived, it was even better quality than we expected. Beautiful faucets and fantastic business. We are thrilled with this purchase and will absolutely buy from them again!!

The copper is beautiful and the pendants display excellent craftsmanship. These will be above our island in a new build and will add so much warmth and character. I ordered the largest size available and they were as pictured but much prettier. I couldn’t find any of these in the US that were as affordable with this gorgeous patina. The communication was great and the package arrived unharmed. Thank you for sharing your craft!

Everything that I have ordered from Abdel has exceeded my expectations!! If I had a question he was always prompt in returning with an answer. The packaging was great! The quality is excellent and I know I will cherish the many items I’ve ordered from him, as has my daughter as well. We both ordered the unlaquered brass shower system and it’s beautiful and works well!!

The quality of our custom sink is amazing! Loubna’s communication was excellent. He helped with the design and answered my endless questions with such patience and grace. The sink arrived in days! My husband joked that it had to have been made down the street. Five star experience 🤩

Stl waiting to do our reno, so haven't installed it yet, but my hubby is a custom home builder where all his clients are going gold/brass, and he likes this one MUCH better! Thanks! Hope to see you soon to finish out the house!

This is the second one I’ve purchased and I love using this faucet. Beautifully crafted. It’s truly a solid, lovely piece!

Another house completed with your beautiful fixtures. Quality materials/craftsmanship in a breathtaking finish. Always a pleasure incorporating your products in our homes. Jon Obecny High Jump Realty, LLC

It will be installed soon! I can't wait to see it! Fast shipping and great communication!

“I am an Interior Designer and purchased fittings from Insideast for my personal home. The quality, craftsmanship, and beauty of their products are exactly as portrayed on the website. After installing a faucet, I noticed a very small defect on the spout. Mohamed responded immediately and offered to replace the piece. In my experience, Insideast is the real deal and a trusted source for beautiful plumbing fittings for the home.”

Absolutely amazing shower head. A piece of art for my outdoor shower. Thanks so much!

We are so pleased with the quality and craftmanship of our sink drain/strainer! The unlaquered brass is stunning and already gaining a beautiful patina! The quality and craftsmanship is second to none!

We love the way it looks. We have not installed it as of yet but it is stunning. The shipping was so fast and they send you a picture of it to make sure its to your liking. The whole experience has been so easy. I would definitely recommend them.
