Foire aux questions
Est-ce que cela vaut l'investissement par rapport à des alternatives moins chères ?
Yes. Most affordable handheld showers are plated plastic or thin metal that pits and dulls within a year or two. This is solid brass, built to resist corrosion and develop its own character over time.
Does it include the rough-in valve?
No, the rough-in valve is not included. This listing includes the handheld unit, hose, and wall-mounted outlet holder, connecting to any 1/2" female connection.
How long is the hose?
The included hose is 59 inches long, giving you enough reach for a full-body rinse or to wash down the shower itself.
Comment se forme la patine du laiton non verni ?
Over weeks and months of normal handling and water exposure, the surface will gradually darken and develop warm tones. It's a natural process, not a flaw.
What if I'm not satisfied?
You have 30 days to return it for a refund if it's not right for you, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging.
