Frequently Asked Questions
Is this worth the investment compared to cheaper alternatives?
Yes. Cheaper towel holders are usually brass plated zinc that chips and corrodes within a few years. This is solid brass, so the finish is the material itself, not a coating that can wear off.
How does the unlacquered brass patina develop?
Over weeks and months of normal handling and air exposure, the surface will gradually darken and develop warm tones. It's a natural process, not a flaw.
Can I clean or polish it to restore the original shine?
Yes, a standard brass polish will restore shine if you prefer that look, though most of our customers let the patina develop naturally.
What's included in the package?
The holder ships with its necessary mounting hardware, carefully packed and shipped via express delivery.
What if I'm not satisfied?
You have 30 days to return it for a refund if it's not right for you, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging.
