Foire aux questions
Does this include the shower valve or handles?
No. This listing includes the gooseneck arm and rainfall showerhead only. It's designed to connect to your existing shower valve or mixer.
What plumbing does this connect to?
The arm ships with the correct connection for your region. If you're working with a different plumbing standard, contact us and we'll confirm the right fitting for your installation.
Can I customize the arm dimensions?
Yes. The measurements shown in our diagram are our standard build, and we offer customization upon request to fit your wall height and reach. Please contact us with your specifications.
Quelle est la couverture de la garantie ?
Nous proposons un Garantie limitée de 5 ans covering the structural integrity of the brass and mechanical operation. The natural patina process of unlacquered brass is not considered a defect, it is a characteristic of the material.
Que contient le pack ?
Every set ships with the gooseneck shower arm, your selected rainfall showerhead, the wall flange, and the full mounting hardware kit.
