Häufig gestellte Fragen
Can I choose the shape of the rain showerhead?
Yes, you can customize the aesthetic to perfectly match your bathroom design. We offer the overhead showerhead in three exquisite shapes: classic Round, modern Square, or vintage-inspired Rose.
Is the rough-in valve included?
No, this package is a Trim Kit. You will need to source standard rough-in valves compatible with your local plumbing codes (typically a mixing valve and a 2-way diverter) to complete the installation.
Can the ceiling drop arm length be customized?
Absolutely. We understand that ceiling heights vary. If you need a shorter or longer ceiling drop arm, simply contact us before or immediately after placing your order, and we can customize it to your project's exact requirements.
Does the handheld sprayer have different spray modes?
To maintain our commitment to solid brass construction and traditional durability, the handheld sprayer features a single, optimized full-body spray mode, avoiding the fragile plastic components often found in multi-function sprayers.
How fast is shipping?
Since each system is handcrafted to order, production and shipping typically takes 15-21 days. Once finished and quality-tested, we ship via expedited courier to ensure it reaches you safely and promptly.
