Shipping to the US and has been in FEDEX customs for five weeks. Insideast customer service has been responsive with responding to emails but there is nothing they can do. I have ordered from them before and it took several weeks but not this long. We have not been able to install the other faucet we ordered but it’s heavy and looks nice.

We absolutely love our new unlacquered brass faucet set. It arrived to the states sooner than we anticipated and was just as described. We can't wait to get it installed!

This item is beautiful and well made. It is hard to find true unlaquered brass. I have bought other "unlaquered brass" items from other vendors that are not truly unlaquered, this one is. The only improvement I can suggest is for the pump to have more throw so it dispenses more soap. It requires two pumps to dispense a reasonable amount of soap.

Please refund the full $100 you owe me. You shipping across the US and I had to pay to get it corrected and you won’t refund your mistake

I had to hammer the drain hole straight so the drain would seal and the overflow drain hole was not drilled into it.. but it's brass and reasonably priced so I can't complain too much...

Gorgeous faucet! Craftsmanship is obviously high. However, delivery times were much longer than anticipated (over a month) and when it finally arrived it was missing the legs for the faucet bridge which has lead to additional delays for install ultimately.

Delivery was late, and they didn't respond to emails for many business days then blamed it on a single holiday. ALL of the connector parts for actually hooking up the faucet to plumbing are cheaply and poorly made. The amazing plumber who did perfect work in our home couldn't make them stop leaking, even following their provided instructions. Nice outdoor shower head. I'm hoping it will turn green with tarnish, if not it still has a nice shape. Best if it's shipped with more bubble wrap. They were nice to replace one that had a big dent on the rim. I suggested they wrap the package better. The second was wrapped the same and had a very small dent, I can live with it.

Love it but one thing could have been improved on. The ceiling canopy is shiny copper and the dome is aged with some black and more vintage looking. Canopy would have been nicer if it matched but pleased with it. And would buy again.

This is high quality and stunning! Great that it’s height adjustable and imperfect in appearance, which is exactly what I was looking for. One thing I would say is that it does read more rose gold to me than copper in person, but all in all this is minor. Seller was super responsive and shipping was extremely fast and seamless.

We have bought 2 of these shower heads, for indoors and outdoors. They use a lot of water compared to the ones we usually use in the United States, but we've come to the conclusion that we use cooler water comparatively, and spend less time overall dwelling in the shower. My husband believes it cuts down on overspray ("making a mess"). Thus it is a more efficient shower. Plus, it's beautiful and very well made.

This brass shower system is absolutely stunning! It was very easy to install, we had our plumber install the initial 2 pipes from the wall & we were able to do the rest.
