Frequently Asked Questions
Is this worth the investment compared to cheaper alternatives?
Yes. Cheaper hardware is usually brass plated zinc that chips and corrodes within a few years. This is solid brass, so the finish is the material itself, not a coating that can wear off.
How does the unlacquered brass patina develop?
Over weeks and months of normal handling and air exposure, the surface will gradually darken and develop warm tones. It's a natural process, not a flaw. If you'd rather avoid this, choose the brushed brass finish.
What's the difference between the set options?
Choose TP Holder Only or Towel Bar Only for a single piece, or the Complete Set for a matching toilet paper holder and towel bar together at a better value.
What's included in the package?
Each piece ships with its necessary mounting hardware for wall installation.
What if I'm not satisfied?
You have 30 days to return it for a refund if it's not right for you.
