Frequently Asked Questions
What is unlacquered brass and how does it patina?
Unlacquered brass is raw brass without protective coating. Over time, exposure to air and moisture forms a warm, darker patina unique to your environment and usage. This evolution is intentional and enhances character.
How do I care for my brass sink?
Rinse after use and wipe dry. For cleaning, use mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or acidic substances. Occasional polishing with brass-specific products can maintain shine—or embrace the natural patina.
Can I install this as an undermount sink?
Yes. This sink is designed specifically for undermount installation, ensuring a seamless countertop surface and easy cleaning.
Is this sink suitable for outdoor use?
Yes—solid brass is highly resistant to corrosion and weathering. The patina actually protects the metal over time. Ideal for outdoor kitchens or bars.
Do you offer custom sizes or shapes?
Yes. We offer full customization—including non-square shapes, special depths, and unique finishes. Contact us to discuss your vision.
