Customized orders are not subject to cancellations.<\/li>\n    <\/ol>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <h2>Returns for no reason<\/h2>\n  <div class=\"ie-policy-section\">\n    <ol>\n      <li>\n        <strong>Eligibility for Return:<\/strong> Items should be unused, and in their original packaging. Return windows vary by product category:\n        <ul class=\"ie-window-list\">\n          <li><strong>All eligible products:<\/strong> returnable within 30 days from the date of receipt.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Sinks and lighting fixtures:<\/strong> returnable within 15 days from the date of receipt.<\/li>\n          <li><strong>Bathtubs:<\/strong> not eligible for return. Each tub is made to order, and we confirm every detail with you before production and again before shipping, so all specifications are approved in advance.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/li>\n      <li><strong>Proof of Purchase:<\/strong> A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Refund Process:<\/strong> Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Late or Missing Refunds:<\/strong> If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be some processing time before a refund is posted.
