Häufig gestellte Fragen
What does "unlacquered living finish" mean?
Unlacquered means the brass has no protective coating or sealant, so it's raw and exposed to air and water. Over time it develops a natural patina that deepens and warms the brass, creating a unique antique character. This evolving look is celebrated, never considered a defect.
Is this faucet compatible with my sink and plumbing?
This faucet is designed for standard deck-mounted configurations and is fully compliant with US and EU plumbing standards. Mounting hardware and standard water supply lines are included. Professional installation by a licensed plumber is recommended.
Will the gooseneck spout fit large pots?
Yes. The high-arc gooseneck design provides ample clearance for filling large pots and washing oversized dishes, and the 360-degree swivel spout gives you full access across the sink.
How do I maintain the finish?
Wipe dry with a soft, clean microfiber cloth after each use to prevent water spots. Avoid abrasive sponges, acidic solutions, or harsh chemical cleaners, since these can damage the brass surface over time.
What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, return it within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging, for a full refund. Items that have been installed or used cannot be returned.
